Prayer is at the heart of all that we do at Vessel. Our vision is far bigger than we can achieve alone.

One of the main ways we partner with God’s work in the world is by asking for his kingdom to come and his will to be done, on earth as in heaven. We believe that God is a loving Father who hears and responds to our prayers.

So, whether it is direction for our everyday lives or praying into huge issues like youth violence, we do so on our knees, looking to God for direction and intervention.

We also want to be people of thanksgiving, giving glory back to God for all the ways we see him at work.

One Voice in Prayer – praying together for an end to global poverty

One Voice in Prayer is an email sent out every Friday to help equip you to pray for young people in the UK. In it you’ll find the latest updates from where Vessel is working, and how you can pray. There are also prayer guides and resources written by our staff team to help you explore the theology behind what we do and to share different styles and ways you can pray for young people today.
